- Lead, train, and motivate a team of BDC Representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet inquiries, and follow-up communications with customers when needed
- Ensure all leads are responded to promptly and professionally, with accurate data entry into CRM systems
- Partner with Sales Managers and General Managers to align BDC efforts with dealership sales goals
- Develop call scripts, email templates, and follow-up processes to maximize lead conversion
- Track appointment show rates, sold ratios, and lead-to-sale metrics, providing regular performance reports
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new BDC staff
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Previous experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership sales environment required
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Proficient in CRM software (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude
