As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunities to learn and grow.Job Description:As a Fire/Water Field Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and completing mitigation services on a case-by-case basis. You will have to communicate these needs between management, customers, and insurance companies.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain clear communication between office and customers.- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, assigned vehicle and equipment.- Prepare rooms/areas for work needs.- Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project.- Perform end of day/end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.- Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management.Job Requirements:- Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed.- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject by applicable laws.- Minimum High School Diploma or GED- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.- Walking, standing, and driving for extended periods.- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling and extended ceiling heights.- Ability to work in compact spaces. (crawlspaces, attics, etc).- Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of items.- Ability to work on-call and after business hours as needed.Benefits- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days.
