
Desktop Support Technician (Entry Level) - IT

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues – including updates.
- Provide basic training on computer use and software applications.
- Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting.
- Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s)).
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of related experience or training
- Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required
- Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required
