A healthcare technology team based in Nashville is seeking a senior-level Full Stack .NET Developer to join their Resources team. This group is responsible for building new features that help members track and manage spending activity. The role involves high collaboration, direct coding contributions, and strategic planning support.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain features within a full stack environmentPair programming with teammates in a highly collaborative settingWork cross-functionally with product, BI, and other development teamsLead by example in execution while contributing to technical direction (75% coding / 25% planning)Influence solutions design and architecture across systemsRequired Skills:8+ years of experience with .NET developmentProficiency with SQLExperience with Vue.js preferred (React or Angular also acceptable)Strong understanding of how systems integrate across teams and platformsIdeal Candidate Profile:Brings technical leadership and influence without formal management dutiesDemonstrates strong execution, collaboration, and mentoring capabilitiesAdapts to evolving front-end technologies and development best practicesCommunicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersInterview Process:60-minute situational and technical interview with the hiring manager30-minute follow-up interview with the team
