- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media agencies (holding companies) and Fortune 500 brands to drive business growth for programmatic campaigns with a focus on self-service
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales development team to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- Work closely with media strategy and client services teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.
- Provide mentorship and support to new hires and junior team members.
- You're passionate about digital media and advertising technology, and have established agency relationships with Tier 1 agencies and Fortune 500 brands within NYC Northeast territory.
- Between 3-7 years of programmatic self service sales experience working within NYC territory
- Strong in new business sales
- Strong experience selling PMP Deal IDS
- You thrive on meeting new people, building relationships, and enjoy the art of conversation.

- You have a proven track record of high performance, including breaking new business and exceeding targets.
- Currently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)
- Willing to come into NYC based office 3x a week
