- Client Solutions & Architecture – Develop technical roadmaps and solutions aligned with client strategies, addressing both business and operational challenges.
- Thought Leadership & Advisory – Inspire change by communicating strategic vision across all organizational levels and staying current with emerging technologies and architectural frameworks.
- Design & Implementation – Lead the design and deployment of data platforms (data lakes, real-time analytics, data mesh, and hybrid-cloud ecosystems) and applications using DevOps best practices.
- Project Delivery Leadership – Serve as delivery lead on client engagements, planning and ensuring successful technical execution.
- Hands-On Development – Contribute directly to coding and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation.
- Pre-Sales Support – Assist pre-sales teams in scoping prospective client projects and technical solutions.
- Mentorship – Coach and mentor junior teammates, elevating the team’s capabilities and technical proficiency.
- 5+ years in solution architecture or principal engineering roles, ideally within enterprise consulting or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end data pipelines, enterprise-grade applications, and DevOps toolchains.
- Strong programming skills in modern frameworks (Java, Python, etc.).
- Expertise in enterprise-grade DevOps and data architecture, including data lake, data warehouse, and data mesh design patterns.
- High proficiency in at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with professional-level certification preferred.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Argo, Google Cloud Build) and managing cloud infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native data ecosystems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse), and stream processing tools (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
