Description:
  • Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other types of components and equipment.
  • Performs technical tasks and provides site support.
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.
  • Modifies, moves, and installs new equipment.
  • Installation and response efforts for the position requires lifting equipment that weighs 20-30 pounds, walking and standing, pushing, and pulling; working around, under, and over desks, as well as professional personal interactions with customers.
  • Knowledge of most mechanical\electrical concepts, terms and tools.
  • Experience with Windows, desktops, Lexmark printers and multifunctional devices, and application support.
  • Mandatory skills: application support, hardware, Microsoft Windows All, malfunctioning devices, and printers.
Qualifications:
  • An active TS/SCI + FS polygraph is required.
  • IAT Level 1, CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or a High School Degree and 10 years of experience.
