As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michael Guelcher - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Create customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist potential customers with policy quotes and inquiries.
  • Process documents and follow up on applications/cancellations.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
