- Handle clerical, administrative, and executive support duties, including those of a confidential or sensitive nature
- Maintain, manage, and communicate daily schedules and appointments; organize and prioritize meetings / appointments based on direction from EVP/SVP
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conference calls, project submissions, and other events
- Receive, screen, prioritize, and respond to email and other correspondence with minimal guidance • Serve as liaison between EVP/SVP and external and internal parties on administrative and scheduling-related responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, off-site meetings, and customer events, as directed
- Prepare travel and other expense reports through Concur and monitor reimbursements
- Provide travel coordination and expense report assistance to other executives as directed
- Conduct and summarize research, as needed, on a variety of industry topics
- Proofread executive letters, proposals, contracts, and presentations and edit, as directed
- Compile, analyze, and summarize statistics and data into presentation formats
- Draft, finalize, and distribute internal and external communications from the EVP/SVPs
- Maintain databases and / or spreadsheets to support internal business priorities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls
- Provide back-up support for Office Administrator, as needed
- Handle special projects, as assigned
- Remain open and willing to assist with other assignments as directed by Leadership
- Bachelor's degree or higher, required
- Minimum 5 years experience providing executive or senior level administrative support at a private equity, investment banking, real estate development firm, construction, or law firm, preferred
- Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook skills, required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), required
- Familiarity with Concur Expense Management, preferred
- Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner, required • Interact professionally with all levels of the organization, required
- Manage changing needs and priorities accurately and professionally, required
- Work independently with limited direction, required • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, required 2
- Ability to be at work on time, and complete assignments on time, required
- Willingness to provide support outside of standard business hours, required
- An energetic self-starter with a “can-do / whatever it takes” attitude who can perform under pressure, work successfully on tight deadlines, and identify and resolve problems as they arise, required
- Experienced professional with high degree of attention to detail and strong time management skills, preferred

- Someone who is resourceful, conscientious, and takes personal pride in their work, preferred
- Expected to work at T5 Headquarters office 5 days a week
- Per Diem if traveling
