About the role:Buffalo Tungsten is seeking a production operator to support our powder production business. As a production operator, you will operate production furnaces, work in the spray room and conduct activities related to the manufacturing process such as operating machinery, keeping accurate records, operating a forklift, complete work orders and packing materials for shipment.This role will be based at our site in Buffalo (Depew), New York.ScheduleWork schedule is 6 days on followed by 2 days off – days off change from one week to the next (e.g. week 1 Sunday and Monday off, week 2 Monday and Tuesday off, etc.)Your Background & Profile:

  • Be able to stand or walk most of the day
  • Regularly lift and handle up to 20 pounds throughout your shift
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds periodically over short distances
  • Can follow procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is beneficial
