- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 7 years of related experience
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required
- The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools, including 3D and 4D software, to bring engineering concepts to life
- Familiarity with core engineering design principles and how they apply to real-world infrastructure challenges
- Comfort working with Microsoft business tools like Excel and Word to support project documentation and collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that help you connect with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations to help ensure projects meet compliance standards
- Apply your knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools-including 3D and 4D software-to develop and refine engineering solutions that drive project success
- Use your understanding of engineering design principles to contribute to the planning and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Leverage Microsoft business tools like Excel and Word to manage data, create reports, and communicate effectively across teams
- Communicate clearly and confidently-both verbally and in writing-to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Navigate and apply federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance and support responsible project delivery
