POSITION SUMMARY: The Sanitation Sanitor position will be responsible for all cleaning of soiled equipment used in the production process.   • Maintaining all areas by washing walls, ceilings, floors, and equipment • Visually inspect equipment and complete Sanitation worksheet document following each wash. • Maintain the storage of all cleaning supplies and utensils as instructed. • Work directly with QA to correct any deficiencies that may exist after inspection. • Set-up line and equipment to company standard prior to production when applicable. • Participate in company training sessions on all safety topics, work instructions, cleaning procedures, as well as Quality standards. • Operates Sanitation Cleaning equipment safely according to instructions given. • Understands the use of cleaning chemicals • Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy. • Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times • Follow all SFC Core Values and be a team player • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required • Manufacturing experience preferred • Basic knowledge of safe food handling practices • Knowledge of Food Safety preferred • Must have a strong attention to detail, and good time management • Good communications and basic computer skills
