Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ addresses.About the roleYou will drive the development and execution of multiple product features for the Employee Experience team, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. The Employee Experience team owns a suite of products that enable Rippling customers to onboard, engage, and retain talent. This includes products like Employee Engagement Surveys, Learning Management System, Employee Feed, compliance training, and 90-day check-in products.The Talent suite of products at Rippling is the main deployment of ML and GenAI at Rippling today. In Q3 this year, the Employee Experience team shipped the first-of-its-kind AI for HR product at Rippling called . It was launched at a major industry conference, HR Tech and continues to be a major focus of the team.You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define the roadmap, prioritize development, and execute, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, and driving the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.What you will do
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and the business to create products features.
  • Produce quality software that is shipped incrementally and continually at a high velocity - help set the long-term technical vision of the team.
  • Have a lot of clear ownership over various parts of the product
  • Interact with early customers and support them in being successful with the new product
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to your peers, and benefit from strong mentorship yourself.
  • Work closely with other engineers on the team to develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • You have seen systems operating at a significant technical and organizational scale
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Expertise in building distributed services with Python, Golang, or Java
  • Experience with Frontend technologies, React experience required
  • Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products
  • Basic knowledge of ML concepts and data engineering is a plus

The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location .A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.The pay range for this role is:180,000 - 315,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
