
Sales Coordinator

- Provide one-stop-shop support to Sales and Sales Management by assisting them through the sales process, including internal processes, quoting and other Salesforce inquiries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, and Legal) to ensure timely deal cycles.
- Proactively communicate status updates and remove distractions so that the sales team can focus on selling.
- Continuously obtain feedback from the Sales Team and other stakeholders to collaborate with Sales Ops Leadership on process and systems improvements
- Organize operational trainings and general cadences with Sales Reps and Sales Management on an ongoing basis.

- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Sales operations)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- General understanding of Customer Relationship Software (CRM)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
