Candidates must meet one of the following educational and professional experience combinations:-Associate's degree in a related field OR Journeyworker certification in related industryand-Two (2) years or 4,000 hours of related work experienceOR-Technical Diploma with the ability to obtain an Associate's degree or a Journeyworker certification within 3 years in a related field (Madison College has a robust tuition reimbursement program)
