- Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and track costs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.
- Proficiency in electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConEst.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and estimating electrical projects of varying size and complexity.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPE (Certified Professional Estimator) are preferred but not required.
