With connections to over 575 electrical contractors, we are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join one of our partner firms.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our partner electrical contracting firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and estimating skills, with the ability to oversee projects from initial bid to final completion.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and track costs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.
  • Proficiency in electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConEst.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and estimating electrical projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPE (Certified Professional Estimator) are preferred but not required.
