- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive sales initiatives, including membership sign-ups
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member services.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for members.
- Lead sales efforts by setting targets, and reaching out to prospect database to recruit new members.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote gym services and events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Prioritize member satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving member concerns promptly.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience and promote member retention.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a previous job
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable and open to continuous learning and improvement.
- Familiarity with fitness industry trends and a passion for health and wellness.
