- Proactively seek out and connect with businesses, assessing them as potential clients. Communicating with them in person, via phone, text, social media, and email to present and recommend digital marketing services.
- Learn the digital marketing industry. Trends, updates, and actively be aware of what services Arcane Marketing provides and how it will help grow revenue and help businesses reach their goals.
- Know what to look for, how to research (using our tools and subscriptions), and provide reports to potential clients. Use these reports to give advice and calls to action for businesses to use.
- Seek to build relationships with referring partners, web developers, and other digital marketing agencies, as well as with our clients.
- Communication with current clients to help them answer questions, understand their services, and make sure that we're being attentive to their needs in promotion and digital marketing.
- Some travel may happen but is not required.
- 12 months of experience in a similar field or position
- Self Starter

We can't stress "self-starter" enough.You must dress professionally and maintain excellent (above average) personal hygiene. You may personally visit with potential clients, or attend meetings on behalf of Arcane Marketing. This means you represent the face of our organization.We require certain certifications to be learned, achieved, and maintained if you're hired and employed with Arcane Marketing. This includes but is not limited to: Google Analytics, Various Google Products, and Google Ads. Understanding how the digital marketing game works is critical and will only make you more successful in our sales processes.Arcane Marketing wants you to grow as an individual and improve over time. The more you know, the more you can do, and the more efficient you are - the better your pay will be. True story!Other Important Considerations:Compensation for the Sales Executive position is a base salary and commission after a certain book value of sales is reached. The commissions have no cap or limit and are recurring. Expectations, based on our experience, of the sales executive's pay should be averaging $150,000+/yr over time. Like any sales role, this is a performance based pay model. The longer you're with our company, the more you can expect to make. However, your monthly earnings of pay will depend on your personal sales abilities and proactive nature. In fact, our sales executives tend to make the most amount of money of any position in the agency.Personal Time Off (PTO) is accrued and may be used as soon as it's earned.Remote work is an optional. Experience and data shows us that in-office tends to help you earn more because of a better connection with our support team and better knowledge/technical training.Other Qualifications:

Being late to start work, taking long breaks, or leaving early can lower your performance over time. As a sales or business development position in our organization, your success is based on sales performance and not necessarily the hours you are working. Sometimes, you may need to start work earlier or finish later to meet the job requirements for performance metric reasons; for example: attending meetings, communicating with clients, attending events, or traveling.
