If you're excited about leading in the field while using cutting-edge construction solutions, we'd love to connect!Job Summary:As a Construction Jr. Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization across active construction sites. This role ensures job sites are hazard-free, professional appearance, and ready for daily operations, while offering hands-on exposure to the construction process.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily site cleanliness by removing debris and managing trash bins
  • Assist with unit open/close procedures including checking locks, lights, and securing tools
  • Ensure all walkways and work areas are clear and safe
  • Support construction managers by responding to immediate site needs
  • Prepare for inspections or walkthroughs by managing site appearance
  • Take project photos and assist with digital tracking as needed)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Interest in construction field and long-term career development
  • Provide regular updates on estimated completion and final survey dates to superintendent and project managers, ensuring accurate information is maintained in the WBS.
  • Upload monthly construction progress photos to the Wan Bridge System (WBS), including material delivery and quality installation photos as homes advance through different construction stages.
  • Assist the Superintendent in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned houses to ensure quality workmanship, verifying that all work aligns with plans and specifications, and tracking progress against the production schedule.
  • Perform Wan Bridge's comprehensive Quality Checklist (354 touchpoints) before the home is handed over to management for final approval.
  • Verify and approve work completion on job sites for payment processing.
  • Order and manage construction materials to ensure timely delivery and use in accordance with project needs.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device and/or computer-based software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
Essential Functions:
  • Report daily to the Project Site, Monday through Friday, and after hours as requested or needed to meet deadlines, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Maintain at least minimum car insurance required by Texas law.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Lift or move items up to 25 pounds or up to 50 with a "shared lift".
  • Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
