Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hr based on experienceOpen Positions3 Assembly Technicians – Day ShiftAdditionally sourcing:1 RF&I Assembly candidate ($16.00 – $18.00/hr, lower-level)2 OIS Assemblers (rates TBD)Position SummaryAssemblers perform the manual and semi-routine assembly of components according to work instructions, ensuring products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This is an entry-level opportunity with training and room for growth in a structured manufacturing environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of manual and semi-routine assembly tasksRead and interpret oral and written assembly instructionsUse basic hand tools and packaging equipment to assemble and prepare products for shippingComplete production records as requiredMeet basic assembly and quality standardsMaintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly conditionFollow all safety rules, including chemical safety protocolsSupporting SkillsStrong communication and ability to work as part of a teamWillingness to work occasional overtimeConsistent attendance (per company policy)Ability to adapt to changing prioritiesUnderstanding of KPIs and production targetsQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma (or equivalent)Experience: Entry-level (training provided)Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishSpecific Skills & Knowledge:Ability to assemble components per Tech Routing and M.O.
