- Responsible for ensuring the execution and quality of the GN&C Software engineering products and their alignment with parent Guidance systems, acting as the liaison with different IPTs, maturing GN&C Software unit requirement specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and architecture definition as well as ensuring vertical and horizontal integration of the GN&C Software requirements, interfaces and design.

- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related experience; 3 years experience with a Master of Science degree; 1 year experience with a PhD
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
- Knowledge of MBSE with experience having implemented system architecture definition using UPDM and/or SysML in an MBSE tool such as Cameo Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, CORE etc.
- Familiarity or experience with MagicDraw / Cameo EA
- Familiarity or expertise in DOORS requirements management tool
- Experience developing ICDs and defining interfaces in an MBSE environment
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Understanding of GN&C algorithms and flight critical software development
- Understanding of the following specialty areas: nuclear surety, cybersecurity, flight safety
- Working understanding of basic control system theory and vehicle management systems / guidance system design
- Work experience in one of the following disciplines: guidance & control systems, inertial sensors, navigation systems or vehicle management systems
