🏥 Oversee and lead daily nursing operations
✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and care standards
👩🏫 Mentor, train, and develop nursing staff for excellence

✔ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
✔ 2+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices
✔ Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing care teams
