Define and execute data strategy, lead the enterprise data and analytics roadmap aligned with business systems, and mentor high-performing team of BI and data analysts.
Drive Agile analytics delivery by overseeing the spring planning, backlog prioritization and consistent delivery cycles.
Build scalable data infrastructure managing data integration from systems and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring secure and compliant architecture.
Deliver actionable insights creating and refining dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, and Cognos, standardizing KPIs across key metrics.

Type: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of management of data teams.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI integration.
SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Cognos, and SQL Server.
Experience with Guidewire data models and ETL/integration workflows.
Azure DevOps experience.
