  • Organize, manage and control the daily activities of the Plant Operations Department as they relate to the mission and operational needs of the hospital and its customers.

  • Demonstrates effective leadership to assure communication of AdventHealth's vision and to promote the success of its goal
  • Controls budgets, verifies and assures appropriate use of staff, materials, supplies, and vendors.
  • Monitor and schedule department resources to meet all applicable codes and standards and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Implements record keeping, cost effective measures, inventory control and standards of performance and productivity for self and staff to use time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Management of Human Resources including interviewing, retention, performance appraisals, employee relations and staff development.
  • Coordinate with PSF Director regarding compliance issues concerning organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
  • Bachelors Degree
