
Mobility Equipment Repair Technician

- Field Work: Visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns, explain resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training & Education: Train customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of mobility equipment.
- Collaboration: Work with manufacturers’ technical support to identify repair parts and solutions.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate daily routes and order processing.
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to use electronic devices (i.e., iPhone).
- A valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience with hand and power tools, as well as mechanical problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices and operational systems.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
