- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and by phone
- Coordinate vehicle diagnostics and communicate findings
- Recommend appropriate repair options
- Manage the service process from intake to delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate ordering and receiving parts for repairs
- Promote facility capabilities and additional services
- 2+ years automotive service advisor experience (preferred)
- Experience working with auto dealer systems (CDK preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
- Competitive salary: $40,000 + (Commensurate with experience)
