Pay Range: $45 - $51.5/hr. on w2Job Summary:We are searching for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Technology Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Talent Acquisition technology stack, specifically focusing on Workday Recruiting, in a contract role scheduled for 12 months. This position requires active involvement in the implementation process, including support for sub-projects related to clean-up, configuration consultation, UAT, and postproduction adoption. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage project risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Participate in regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth transition to production.
- Experience in implementation project management within a Talent Acquisition context.
- Strong background in Workday Recruiting environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Talent Acquisition Operations and Project Management expertise.
