5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment/fabrication maintenance, repair, and two/three/four-phase electrical wiring, along with TIG Aluminum proficiency is a requirement
Must be able to work around common food allergens
Second shift: 1 PM – 9 PM(minimal overtime, fully paid)
Pay is $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience (top of range includes PLC skills) plus a $3/hour shift premium
Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
No remote as this is a 100% onsite position

Conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems of production equipment
Installing and upgrading machinery to enhance production efficiency, safety, and reliability
Collaborating with various teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production processes
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance work, adhering to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and regulatory guidelines, including food safety regulations
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and TIG Aluminum welding
Proficiency in wiring two-phase, three-phase, and four-phase electrical systems
Availability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm with occasional overtime
Strong work ethic and consistent employment history
Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card
Reside within a 45-minute commute to the Brookfield area
