In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders and the People Leadership Team to bring clarity, momentum, and execution to the projects that matter most.As the People Project Manager, you will be responsible for working across the People function to champion our People priorities and Corporate initiatives - ensuring our people programs and processes scale effectively as we continue to expand. You will manage projects end-to-end, effectively navigating complex dynamics in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment.This isn't your typical project management role.   • Lead cross-functional projects that span multiple COE's and impact company-wide people initiatives
  • Develop strategic points of view and actionable recommendations for ambiguous, multi-faceted challenges
  • Support organizational growth initiatives through people-focused planning and integration work
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables that align with business objectives
Stakeholder Management & Communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across all business functions
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Manage communication and change management
Analytical & Deliverable Creation
  • Build compelling presentations and storyboard project narratives, status updates, and decision-making frameworks
  • Create executive-ready materials that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and track project progress through systematic tools and reporting programs
  • Support due diligence activities and organizational assessment work as needed
  • Conduct scenario planning and analytical modeling to inform strategic decisions
Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery
  • Partner with the existing PMs in the People Team and cross the company to establish team standards and best practices
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between project phases and ongoing operations
Experience:
  • 4-6 years of project management experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other transaction-focused environments
  • Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders and C-suite executives
  • Executive communication skills with experience creating compelling presentations and translating complex data into clear narratives
  • A background in due diligence and M&A through organizational assessment or integration work.
  • Cross-functional project leadership managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and ambiguous scope
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop actionable recommendations for complex projects

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
