- Working with brokers and support staff to achieve sales objectives.
- Recommending pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers in the assigned territory.
- Managing key accounts and leading all communication between the account and the team responsible for business development.
- Driving packaged seafood sales to retail accounts and their distributors, including specialty seafood and value-added products.
- Assisting in the selection, training, and development of new brokers.
- Attending trade shows.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail grocery seafood sales.
- Experience selling smoked salmon is preferred.
- Experience selling packaged seafood to retail grocery is required.
- Experience selling to Retail Grocery, Club Stores, Independent Chains, and Distributors.
- Experience working with brokers.
- Proximity to a major airport.
