- Generating and closing deals
- Identify, contact, qualify and develop of new logo clients and expand existing accounts which are US centric
- Developing and enhancing relationships with key executives at C-level
- Respond to RFI's and RFP's within timescales and delivery requirements
- Working with presales and SME’s as necessary to present in-depth demonstrations
- Design and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and promote product benefits and drive awareness amongst the Investment Banking community
- Collaborate with and report to management on the sales pipeline by making full use of the CRM tools available
- Consistent track record of sales delivery

- A proven track record in selling complex GRC solutions and services to the financial sector (Governance, Risk and Compliance) at C-level

- Excellent understanding of the banking and finance and software licensing, gained in either a client or vendor environment
- Best of breed new business development skills
- Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target prospects
- The proven ability to negotiate and to close deals.
- Understand the complexity of the commercial sales process
- Strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of Enterprise and Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance and SOX
