- Provide support to the Company’s business units while gaining real-world work experience. Maintain and grow the “Customer for Life” concept for existing and new customers. Performs related work as required.
- Partner with and support project managers on the implementation of projects, including inventory tracking, project scheduling, last planner task and internal punch lists
- Gain knowledge of the systems and services the Company provides its customers via instructor-led and online training
- Work to acquire understanding of standard issues, develop and maintain documentation, identify trends, and make suggestions to improve support processes
- Partner with project managers in the continuation of business development and building relationships
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to maintain project schedules
- Assist project managers in supporting field staff by providing accurate and on time project information
- Working towards a degree in construction management, mechanical, electrical engineering OR equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license
- General knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical system components
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Solid work history including excellent attendance record and superior work ethic
- Strong organization, prioritization and adaptability skills
- Must have proficient Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with employees at all levels of an organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
