Position Overview:As the Leasing Associate, you'll assist in managing leasing, sales, and marketing efforts at your designated community, ensuring adherence to Core Spaces standards. Your role encompasses supporting the team with lease administration, overseeing daily operations in the leasing office, and executing crucial tasks that support the overall team. Your role is vital in the overall organization and efficiency of keeping the leasing office running smoothly. What You Will Do:Execute guided tours of the property to potential residents and learn about their preferences in a communityEnsure follow-up with potential residents through emails and phone callsAssist in the completion of any leasing and marketing reportsAssist in-house events as well as outreach marketing coordinationSupport managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff as necessaryUphold brand and company standards, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in an exceptional mannerCollaborate with the New Development Mission Control team on special projects and assignmentsMust be able to work a full shift / required work scheduleMust be available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime when necessary.Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hoursMust be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
