Salary: $60, 000 guaranteed during training;transitions to full commission after training
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the restaurant and food service industry.
- Conduct in-person visits to client locations, showrooms, and trade events to demonstrate products and solutions.
- Cold calls to potential new clients
- Understand clients’needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their equipment and supply requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or the food service/restaurant equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service and equipment is a plus.
- $60, 000 base salary guaranteed during training period.
