Sales Engineer - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 75k/year - Brookfield, WI
AllSearch Recruiting has a client in the Precast concrete industry looking for a Sales Engineer. Our client is known to help customers improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability in construction. The Sales Engineer will drive spare and wear parts sales across a defined region. The Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships, identify needs, and provide tailored solutions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their spare and wear parts requirements.
Promote and sell spare and wear parts through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales.
Proactively identify opportunities for parts sales and other solutions (FaMe, equipment, services).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of spare parts.
Plan and manage spare parts inventory and replenishment; drive profitability improvements in the supply chain.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to achieve sales and margin goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Share customer and market feedback with management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in technical sales within a relevant industry.
Strong technical knowledge and solution sales experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Knowledge of the precast industry and basics of concrete technology strongly preferred.
Preferred Bachelor’ s degree in engineering, sales, or a related field.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range plus full benefits as well as quarterly and annual bonuses.
