- Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Own brand positioning and messaging across all consumer and B2B touchpoints, ensuring integrity to the visual identity and voice set by the creative team
- Own and manage the integrated marketing calendar, budget, and agency/partner relationships.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including seasonal and product launches.
- Deeply understand brand health metrics and consumer insights, and use data to inform strategy and drive growth. Manage any consumer research as needed.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, creative, merchandising, and retail/wholesale teams to align storytelling with performance objectives.
- With a team, manage all paid brand marketing channels including the following: PR, affiliate, influencer, TikTok, out of home, podcast and radio, partnerships and any other channels that drive the brand awareness.
- Own the marketing relationship with the wholesale partners and build and execute on a strategy for each one
- Develop a strong store retail marketing strategy. Partner with the Store Retail team to execute at a store level.
- Develop and lead a high-performing omnichannel integrated marketing team.
- 9+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle, or fashion.
- Experience in ecommerce, retail stores, and wholesale marketing required.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel brand strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans with measurable results.
- Experience with retail partner marketing (e.g. Nordstrom, Target, Amazon), influencer and affiliate programs, or experiential marketing preferred.
