
Operations Associate-Salesforce

- Accurately provide phone support with a high level of customer service
- Identify potential problems or issues and escalate to department leadership if necessary
- Develop effective communication skills within the department and Stifel Branch Personnel
- Provide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadership
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other areas in the firm
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and keeping record of caller interactions
- Provide the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communications
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward callers at all times
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up on open tasks
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to learn Stifel's Salesforce Wealth application, and Stifel policies that pertain to the department and Stifel's branches
- Working knowledge of financial services applications, systems, terminology and procedures
- Minimum Required: High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum Required: 0-2 years' professional business related experience
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office products
- Salesforce experience preferred #LI-AS1
