Our firm has partnered with a well-established commercial drywall contractor that’s actively seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a team known for its quality, stability, and strong leadership.Position: Project Manager – Drywall / CommercialEmployment Type: | Full-time | Competitive Salary + BenefitsAbout the Role:This Project Manager will oversee mid-to-large scale drywall scopes within commercial construction projects — from planning to close-out. Our client values proactive leadership, field collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage all phases of commercial drywall projects
  • • Collaborate with field teams, clients, subs, and vendors
  • • Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance
  • • Lead RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
  • • Resolve issues quickly and effectively with a solution-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For:
  • • 5+ years in drywall or specialty trades project management
  • • Background in commercial construction (schools, retail, healthcare, etc.)
  • • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • • Tech-savvy with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project a plus
  • • Clear communicator, organized, and dependable
