- Oversight and execution of sales planning and analytics for TBCT globally, representing $1.5B+ in total revenue and over $130M in SG&A costs.
- Key business partner to the SVP of Global Sales undertaking strategic review of sales performance trends and recommending actions to improve sales performance.
- Works directly with Regional Sales VPs to analyze and assess Sales and Profit performance in each of our key regional markets (North America, EMEA, Japan, APAC and LATAM).
- Works directly with Services and Software Leadership to analyze and assess Sales and Profit performance and works to develop global profit/P&L reporting for these two “virtual” business areas
- Effectively communicates sales performance and future outlooks to Senior Leadership through management reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations. This position is one of the key communication channels to senior leadership.
- Provides proactive and insightful feedback and recommendations to improve regional sales performance and the achievement of tactical and strategic objectives.
- Leads global teams of regional commercial finance business partners responsible for the sales forecasting/planning, deal analysis, regional business cases, OpEx management, Placed Device CapEx Management, and overall support of regional sales finance needs.
- Responsible for ensuring completion of the annual Sales and Sales team OpEx Budget in alignment with planning timelines and operational and financial targets.
- Responsible to partner with the Director of BA/Strategy FP&A to ensure annual long-range sales plans for the global TBCT organization in alignment with strategic objectives and SVP of Global Sales expectations.
- Accountable for ensuring monthly execution and communication of the Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) rolling forecast. Proactively manage the process, communication outcomes/issues and ensure the process is well coordinated with Business Area and Operations Management teams to ensure an accurate and timely monthly Sales forecast for TBCT. Identifies synergies, efficiencies, and common global processes between regions to align and improve sales processes (i.e., pricing guidelines, contract reviews, planning processes, deal approvals, etc.) and partner with regional finance leadership and teams to execute process changes and improvements.
- Partner with Global Commercial Excellence VP and regional Sales Excellence teams on equipping the sales teams and supporting functions with the strategic resources needed to excel with growing the business as profitably and productively as possible across the globe (examples support pricing governance/strategies, sales incentive plans, forecasting through CRM, sales funnel capturing/reporting, …).

- 10 years of relevant experience demonstrating increasing responsibilities in a complex global organization
- Demonstrated insight in economic & business concepts and modeling
- Commercial support and commercial FP&A background
- Accounting background is plus
