The remit of the Managing Director spans executive leadership, enterprise strategy, client partnership, commercial development, and transformation enablement. You will bridge long-term vision with day-to-day execution, influencing outcomes across every function of the business.Executive Leadership & Organizational Impact
  • Serve as a right hand to the President, translating executive vision into action.
  • Act as a proxy in leadership meetings and key workstreams, ensuring continuity and alignment.
  • Co-lead strategic initiatives, business planning cycles, and enterprise transformation.
  • Facilitate senior team rhythms, including offsites, goal tracking, and performance
  • Partner closely with the Finance team to manage business forecasting, investment planning, and reporting. Own departmental budgets and contribute to the management of the agency's P&L.
  • Partner with HR to shape culture, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a cross-functional connector, ensuring enterprise clarity, focus, and cohesion.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Set team direction, define roles, and establish performance expectations.
  • Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent; promote upskilling and advancement.
  • Collaborate on resource development (e.g., onboarding materials, capability frameworks).
Business Growth & Commercial Strategy
  • Lead new business pursuits, RFPs, pricing strategies, and partner procurement.
  • Launch new products and revenue-generating initiatives across the OOH portfolio.
  • Cultivate internal and external partnerships-including with Principle Products, media partners, and tech vendors-to expand impact and reach.
Product & Innovation Excellence
  • Guide development and adoption of automation and workflow technologies.
  • Oversee production capabilities, standardizing production, asset delivery, and creative ops.
  • Drive innovation roadmaps tied to audience engagement and scalable operations.
Operational Enablement
  • Own centralized resource hubs (e.g., SharePoint), templates, and best practices.
  • Develop cross-team training programs and operational documentation.
  • Promote operational clarity through systems, routines, and scalable infrastructure.
Measurement & Standards
  • Influence OOH measurement standards across the agency and industry.
  • Support initiatives like CASA DOOH and OMNI integration for impression-based planning.
  • Validate performance metrics and elevate OMG's analytics maturity.
Thought Leadership & Industry Influence
  • Represent OMG in leadership forums (MRC, 4As, Geopath, OAAA).
  • Author POVs and lead internal knowledge sharing on emerging topics and trends.
  • Ensure the strategic output of OMG is bold, award-worthy, and future-facing.
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of leadership in media, strategy, innovation, or transformation-preferably across OOH and omnichannel ecosystems.
  • Experience serving at the executive level, partnering directly with the President or CEO.
  • Proven success scaling product capabilities and operational systems.
  • Deep command of media measurement, data platforms, and creative operations.
  • Polished communicator and systems thinker; strong influence across senior audiences.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$190,000—$230,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
