- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Able to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events across the USA
- Desire to enter or continue profession in business to business (B2B) sales
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfortable making daily calls, meeting with prospects, traveling to conferences, and meeting with partners to help support the sales process
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn CRM software
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
