Ensure our residents receive top-notch clinical care with kindness and dignity
Partner with families, residents, and physicians to create the best care plans
Guide and support our amazing care team so they can shine in what they do best
Coordinate wellness programs that make health fun, not just necessary
Keep everything running smoothly—from assessments to physician orders, and those all-important family care conferences

✔ Licensed Practical Nurse (or strong equivalent relevant experience)
✔ Experience in Assisted Living and in a supervisory role
✔ A mix of clinical smarts and people skills

  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in good standing in state of operation preferred or relevant experience may be considered.
  • 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must have computer processing and electronic medical database experience, preferably with PCC.
  • 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting.
  • Ability to be on-call
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
  • Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other communicable diseases
  • Sits, stands, bends, and moves frequently during working hours.
  • Is subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently
