AMLI is looking for a Leasing Consultant to support two of our premier luxury apartment communities in Atlanta. This multi-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to be part of a high-performing team.As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI—guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, planning resident events, and helping to create a vibrant and welcoming community. It’s more than leasing—it’s building relationships and helping people feel at home.What You’ll Do:Lease with confidence: Tour apartments, engage prospects, and convert leads into leases using your sales savvy and service mindset.Deliver standout service: Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care—before, during, and after move-in.Showcase the community: Utilize phone, email, social media, and networking to market AMLI’s offerings and maintain strong occupancy.Support community engagement: Assist with planning and hosting events that make our communities feel like home.Keep things running smoothly: Accurately complete lease paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely, organized manner.Stay connected: Build relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and industry professionals to maintain community visibility.Know the market: Shop competitive properties regularly to stay informed and aware of trends.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experienceHigh school diploma or GED required, college coursework or degree a plusStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsA professional demeanor and a collaborative mindsetAvailable to work Mondays and Saturdays plus 3 other days during the week (Closed Sundays).Compensation & Perks:Starting at $20.00/hour plus leasing commissions averaging 40% extraMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchDiscounted rent at AMLI communitiesGenerous paid time off: vacation, personal, sick days, and 9 company holidaysTuition reimbursement and ongoing professional developmentWhy AMLI?
