You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions, optimizing network performance, and producing thorough documentation to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPalo Alto VPN & Prisma Access ManagementDesign, deploy, and manage Palo Alto VPN solutions.Configure and optimize Prisma Access for secure remote connectivity.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VPN and Prisma Access performance issues.Documentation & ReportingCreate and maintain detailed documentation for designs, configurations, and procedures.Generate reports on incidents, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.AIOps & PCNSA ExpertiseLeverage AIOps tools for predictive analysis, anomaly detection, and network optimization.Apply PCNSA best practices to improve operational efficiency.Arista Networking & TroubleshootingConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Arista routers and EOS-based environments.Utilize Arista DMF (DANZ Monitoring Fabric) for network visibility and traffic analysis.Network Troubleshooting & OptimizationDiagnose and resolve connectivity and security issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance.SCADA/ICS Systems SupportUnderstand and secure SCADA and Industrial Control Systems.Assist with integrating OT security solutions.Desirable SkillsExperience with Zeek/Corelight for network traffic analysis.Familiarity with Acalvio deception technology for advanced threat detection.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on network security.Expertise in Palo Alto technologies, including Prisma Access; PCNSA certification preferred.Strong experience with Arista routers, EOS, and DMF.Knowledge of SCADA/ICS systems and their security needs.Exceptional documentation, analysis, and communication skills.Preferred CertificationsPCNSA (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator)ACE-A (Arista Certified Engineering Associate)CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity credentials
