- Act as a direct sales expert for Verizon Wireless by engaging customers in residential settings
- Perform in-depth needs assessments to identify communication and connectivity goals, recommending tailored Verizon Wireless solutions
- Deliver clear, persuasive product presentations that highlight the value and benefits of Verizon’s offerings to convert interest into sales
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on Verizon Wireless products, including devices, service plans, accessories, and current promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to build trust and drive successful sales outcomes
- Lead customers through the full sales cycle—from initial engagement and product demonstration to contract explanation and activation
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs aligned with the Verizon Wireless program
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales details into CRM systems, ensuring compliance and high-quality record-keeping
- Actively participate in training, product launches, and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or similar client-facing roles; entry-level applicants with a strong learning drive are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with diverse individuals
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a competitive mindset and proven ability to exceed sales targets
