- Conduct advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Perform high-quality repairs in a timely fashion
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an A-Level Technician or similar role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with scan-tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Posses a positive attitude that reinforces a great culture and workplace
- Certifications: Maine State inspection license and ASE certifications preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree in relevant field, e.g., Automotive Technology, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions.
