Financial Analyst Opportunity – Growth-Oriented CompanyWe’re working with a dynamic, growing organization that is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team. This role will touch multiple areas of finance and provide broad exposure across FP&A, accounting, and reporting. It’s a great fit for someone who wants ownership, variety, and visibility to leadership.What You’ll Be DoingSupport monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of key financial data.Build and maintain reporting tools used by leadership to review business performance.Assist with monthly close by preparing payroll entries, expense reports, and trial balance tie-outs.Consolidate results across business units and prepare management reporting packages.Provide analysis for Board and leadership meetings, including year-to-date results and ad-hoc projects.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.What They’re Looking For3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related accounting/finance work.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).Strong Excel and reporting skills; exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor, Dynamics/Great Plains, Business Central, QuickBooks, etc.) preferred.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally.Why This Role Stands OutBroad scope: Mix of FP&A, accounting, and reporting responsibilities.Executive exposure: Work closely with leadership and have your analysis influence decisions.Growth potential: This company is scaling quickly, and there’s strong opportunity to move up.Great culture: Collaborative, team-oriented environment where people enjoy working together.
