- Plan, develop, and implement outreach and engagement strategies to support agency programs and priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with community groups, government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and lead outreach events, workshops, public meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop communication materials, presentations, and reports to support outreach initiatives.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and incorporate input into program planning and improvement.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and performance measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities with agency goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide senior leadership with recommendations, analysis, and updates on outreach activities.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree related to O&E, public relations, marketing, communications, or other field related.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in managing Government communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications including stakeholder management and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- A minimum of five years' experience in O&E management in brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and web and social media operations.
- A minimum of five years' experience with web CMS, UI/UX testing and curation, and ad campaign management.
- A minimum of five years of experience developing targeted campaigns for a user base of 1M or greater.
- Possess a current PMI PMP certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management.
- MUST possess a minimum of a Secret clearance.
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
