Engage and interact with our students promoting a positive and healing community by serving as a positive role model.
Be a part of a therapeutic team that supports student's development through individualized treatment goals.
Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma, all the while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development.
Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.
Avoid distractions while driving; stay focused and alert.
Ensure safe pickup and drop-off procedures.
Create a calm and safe environment for child passengers.
Monitor children during transport to ensure their safety and well-being.
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents or guardians as needed.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
18+ years old
Minimum of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and Federal
Fingerprinting background record checks.Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the Stetson team.
