About This RoleRGP is looking to bring on a SharePoint Architect with Power Platform experience to our team. As a SharePoint Architect you will be part of team implementing Alumina, a workforce collaboration tool that runs off SharePoint and O365, solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for both architecting solutions for our clients and hands-on development of the solutions.What You Will Work On
  • Design, enhance, support, and develop applications and provide expertise to our enterprise/commercial clients.
  • Act as a consultant/SME to our clients and lead and perform Full-stack design development: both front-end and back-end on client projects.
  • Lead 3-4 Developers on client engagements architecting and implementing client solutions.
  • Create and deploy medium/high complexity using various development languages, tools, and processes.
  • Design and develop solutions with .NET/C#, Java, and various JavaScript frameworks (React, Next, etc).
  • Lead implementation and design of large employee focused intranets, collaboration sites, portals, etc. using Microsoft technical solutions.
  • Lead implementation and design of digital solutions for customer facing web and mobile offerings.
  • Lead technical strategy, platform integration, implementation, and support for large programs.
  • Lead emerging technology discovery for search, portal, intranet, and customer facing digital platforms (web, mobile, etc)
  • Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for development operations
  • Help interview, manage and mentor developers
  • Participate and lead sales/scoping discussions with clients
  • Help develop estimates, architecture and topology for projects
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in scoping, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale applications and platforms.
  • Strong software development skills with a solid understanding of project cycles, integrated development environments, and development operation technologies/processes.
  • Experience with various project management approaches including waterfall, Agile, Kaban.
  • Previous consulting or client facing experience.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, validating design comps and proposed functionality against technical feasibility and timeline, providing alternative approaches when necessary to keep feature requirements within scope.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud platform such as SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, CoPilot, Search, and Azure solutions.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms such as Sitecore, AEM, Contentful, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise search solutions for both customer and internal employee use cases.
  • Extensive experience with backend development languages and tools for Microsoft and Java environments.
  • Extensive experience working with JavaScript and UI frameworks including React, Next, TypeScript, etc.
  • Experience with API integrations, cloud, and micro-service concepts.
  • Experience configuring DevOps pipelines and familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience working on projects that include both manual and automated testing practices.
  • Willing to learn leading edge enterprise technologies, tools, and development practices.
What You Can Expect
  • Hourly Pay Range: ​$100-$120
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
